In the event of a successful return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment, please note that refunds usually take between 10 to 45 days to reflect on your account depending on the credit card issuing bank. We are happy however to issue online credit instantly that can be used for next orders.
Please note that only purchase amount will be refunded excluding the shipping fee, if your order was eligible for free delivery, a delivery charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. For more information about the delivery charges, please check our delivery policy section.
Unless it is our mistake that led to the reason for the refund, such as a damaged, defective, or wrong item, in that case we will absorb the shipping fee. We may however kindly request you to share additional information or photos to help us investigate the reason and improve the service.
