We deliver to all UAE emirates and GCC countries, our shipping service is done by a third-party courier partner. We monitor and coordinate the service quality to ensure your order is delivered in the best condition at the fastest time. All orders are dispatched immediately from UAE once order is confirmed.
Please provide your full address and contact details to avoid any delays, in case you are unavailable at delivery address, we can leave your order in a safe place and send you photographic evidence as a proof. We will also attempt your delivery up to (3) times, which after if the delivery failed, you will be charged an extra shipping fee for the return of your order.
Once the order is picked up by our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number which allow you to track and coordinate the delivery of your order to your most convenience. In case your delivery address is changed after order dispatch, please contact us thru WhatsApp or email with your new details. We will do our best to deliver the order without any additional delay.
Our package is carefully designed to protect your products within a limited weight and size; hence we cannot accept multiple bookings. Depending on your order size, please expect multiple packages yet we will work on the best feasible shipping charge for you.
UAE Delivery: Any order within Dubai limits will be aimed for next day delivery. For other Emirates or remote areas, please allow for an additional day or two for your order to be delivered.

GCC Delivery: Delivery time to GCC countries will defer based on destination but can vary between (2) to (5) days. We will ensure all orders are delivered the soonest, however some delays may occur due to customs formalities.

Customs and tax charges are not included in the invoice payment. Customers are responsible for their own customs charges which are payable in cash at the time of delivery when the value of your purchase is above 1000 AED. These are 15% for import tax and 5% for duties of the invoice value. For high value orders above 1000 AED, KSA Customs requires additional consignee details for clearance. These will be requested by our delivery partner to complete the customs clearance formalities. We may also send your orders in multiple packaging to avoid further delay and ensure delivery quality.
