Return or Exchange: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 5 days, or we will be happy to exchange it for you. In case you choose to return it, please ensure it has not been tampered with and still sealed in the original packaging condition. We will then coordinate with our courier partner to arrange for a pickup at the same location.
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item or your item has been tampered with, please accept our apologies as it may happen in-route to you. Our packaging process is strict, and quality inspected, still we will do our best to replace your order as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the item for return or exchange if it did not meet the condition of this policy, we hope for your understanding.
